The South Eastern Region is located at 97B Church Street, Kingston. This region comprises the parishes of Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Thomas and St. Catherine. The Regional Officer is Mr. Basil Benjie. The telephone numbers are 922-1385-7 and the fax number is 922-3257.

Regional Office for the North Eastern Region is located at 6 Stennett Street, Port Maria. This region comprises the parishes of Portland, St. Mary and St. Ann. The Regional Officer is Mr. Devon Meek. The telephone and fax number is 994-9525.

Regional Office for the Western Region is located at 2 St. James Street, Montego Bay. This region comprises the parishes of Trelawny, St. James, Hanover and Westmoreland. The Regional Officer is Mrs. Evelyn Tugwell. The telephone number is 952-5187 and the fax number is 940-5962.

Regional Office for the South Central Region is located at 5½ Caledonia Road, Mandeville. This region comprises the parishes of St. Elizabeth, Manchester and Clarendon. The Regional Officer is Mr. Juno Gayle. The telephone Number is 962-2507 and the fax number is 961-4691.

• The JTA is inviting Applications from teachers for the W.A. Wesley Powell Scholarship for Teachers. Closing date for applications is Wednesday, April 30, 2008.
  
• Application forms to access funding from the 600 million dollars Professional Development Loan Fund may be collected from any of the branches of Capital & Credit Merchant Bank, the Regional Offices of the Ministry of Education or any of the Offices of the JTA. Teachers you are reminded however, that all completed application forms must be returned to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Education where you are employed.
  
• The JTA is inviting applications for the 2008 Victoria Mutual Building Society Bursary for Teachers. Deadline for application is July 14, 2008.
  5. JTA members, you are reminded that you can access free electrocardiogram services from the Heart Institute of the Caribbean (HIC).
